As you may or may not know, your immunity is directly linked to your stress levels.
As your stress levels soar because of financial concerns, legal issues, the current circumstances or anything else that may be happening your ability to fight off viruses and infections deteriorates.
Studies conducted by Carnegie Mellon University as well as Ohio State University showed increased levels of stress resulting in developing cold symptoms as well as would healing taking on average a day longer to heal.
Stanford University released a study that showed how Psychological stress can trigger physiological responses, including an increase heat response (aka fever).
While you may be restricted in your movements at the moment there is one thing you can do (daily if you choose to) to reduce your stress levels no matter what is happening in your life.
Breathwork allows you in to the emotions, your nervous system and reduce the fight and flight response and all of those hormones getting release in order to restore your body in to a more harmonious and stress free.
